Home health care services include skilled nursing, medical social workers, nutritionists and physical, occupational and speech therapies. These services can be obtained 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Our highly skilled nurses provide patients with long-term, BID and in-home Fuzeon administration (depending on a patient’s coverage), and can train patients to reconstitute and self-inject, enabling them to be self-sufficient and independent.
Village Care addresses patient adherence issues through counseling and monitoring of medication usage, including telephone reminders and a pharmacy supervision.
