With a licensed home care program, a certified home health agency and a long term home health care program, Village Care has a complement of highly trained, dedicated caregivers and professionals who can meet a wide range of needs.  Home health care services include skilled nursing, medical social workers, nutritionists and physical, occupational and speech therapies.  These services can be obtained 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Our highly skilled nurses provide patients with long-term, BID and in-home Fuzeon administration (depending on a patient’s coverage) And can train patients to reconstitute and self-inject, enabling them to be self-sufficient and independent.

We address patient adherence issues through counseling and monitoring of medication usage, including telephone reminders and a pharmacy supervision.
