Today, Village Care of New York has built a foundation designed to meet the future care needs of older adults with an array of services we call SeniorChoices. SeniorChoices is a person-centered model that offers long-term care and support in ways that make the most of dignity, privacy, socialization opportunites, choice and cost-effectiveness. The SeniorChoices concept places older adults squarely in the middle of a range of medical and social services, enabling them to choose, and have access to exactly what is needed at the appropriate time and place.
