With a Certified Home Health Agency, Long-Term Home Health Care Program and Village Care Plus, which is a licensed home care program,Village Care of New York has a complement of highly trained, dedicated caregivers and professionals who can meet a wide range of needs. Home health care services include skilled nursing, medical social workers, nutritionists and physical, occupational and speech therapies. In addition, home health aides, personal care attendants, housekeepers and live-in companions, along with escort aides are available. These services can be obtained 24 hours a day, seven days a week. With the availability of the Long-Term Home Health Care Program, services such as care-related home improvements and maintenance, heavy-duty housekeeping, emergency alert systems and moving assistance can be offered to qualified individuals.
Through these services, Village Care offers families and individuals the opportunity to remain in their own homes and receive a wide range of health care and supportive services.
